Lake Powell Adventure Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The house was spotless, spacious, and came equipped with everything we needed. Our main purpose was to view the annular eclipse in a remote and peaceful place, and it was truly awesome! We also explored the area for a few days and found it to be quite scenic. We hope to return.

This was a darling home away from home, disguised as a single wide. Master BR was large. Bunkhouse for the kiddos, darling. After Playing on the lake it is nice to know you can come back to a comfy spot and relax and review your day. This has everything you could need anymore. Even grandmas comfy quilt on the back of the couch. I would come back here in a minute.

Very nice place! Loved the covered deck, spent a lot of time out there. Clean and very well stocked with plates, glasses,etc. Everyone had a great time. Would love to come back again.

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Ticaboo! The house was super clean, we had plenty of space and we loved having a cool home to sleep in after a hot day on the lake. I have zero complaints about the accommodations. We will definitely try and stay here again next time we visit Lake Powell. The marina was a quick drive away. We brought most of our food with us and ate out a couple of times. The kitchen and the outside grill were great! We loved having the covered deck. We ate outside most of our meals. Plenty of space to park our boat and 2 trucks. Just follow the instructions they give for the swamp coolers and they work great.

Overall, we had a great time! Plenty of room and it's comfortable. My only complaint was the cleanliness could have been a little better in certain areas. The guest bathroom had hair all over the floor and a bunch of dust bunnies. There was something on the coffee table, it was from something that had spilled over so there was several good sized drink rings. We did find a few dirty dishes and the outside grill had not been touched and still had big food chunks, as well as one of the side shelves was covered in something greasy. There was someone smeared on one of the hand towels in the master bathroom. I would stay here again. Andria was great to work with and very responsive. We appreciate the quick response to the hot water heater.
